HIMALAYAN WISDOM

What an amazing opportunity it is to serve. If there is an I, which is, it is filled with gratitude to have got the platform to not just communicate with each one of you but also to be at your service with folded hands. Pranam again to you. It is such a delight to be part of such a wonderful place. I am sure that the group "Catalysts of Change" is going to not just do some amazing work at various levels across the world and the human society but also going to expand itself in the coming months so that the mission objectives are met with.
Inner Work 2026: A Brief Sharing
Dhyana means to have fixed attention, concentration upon one subject, and complete focus. Dhyata (the meditator), Dhyana (meditation), and Dhyeya (the object or whatever you are focusing upon), when these three become one, then it is believed, and true also, that Dhyana or meditation is accomplished. Can that happen? Yes, it has happened with thousands or maybe millions more, the number is not important. As you follow the instructions, this is your only goal. However, there are many things that can can prove to be an obstacle in dhyana. Such as fear, lust, excitement, any small wave can shatter your palace of sand. Dhyana is a subtle work and one needs to be balanced, relaxed, fresh, free, in every way, be it physical, mental, or pranic. That is why, a lot of people have experienced that if we do some breathwork, it helps, makes it easier, makes us concentrate better, because breathwork in itself is a great cleaner and purifier in a human system. I, personally, would recommend the stepwise version of Shwas Kriya Sadhana. If you ask me, in my opinion, most important is your will, your desire. Don't be weak because Shakti resides within you in so many forms. Being weak and relying heavily on a support system is not a very good idea, it is just not the right approach. You have to believe in yourself, be confident, that you can do it.
All those who did it, faced it, took it on as a
challenge. Of course, they had their Guru as

their guiding light, as a motivator and guide, by believing in them and great zeal to walk in the light of the truth. In a way, for you, your Guru will always be there, as long as you want him to be there. Guru is the ray of hope. Many times, if you ask for help, you will get help. But trust me, you yourself have tremendous potential, the Shakti within you is your biggest help, the wisdom, the never say die spirit is your biggest help, and the Guru, your faith, can ignite that.
What you want, deep inside, that is your true calling. And what are you, deep inside? We all are the same. In the outer layer, there are so many desires, thoughts, actions, ideas, different waves, it's a turbulent ocean, almost like a confused world. If you meditate a little deep, you can see clearly that there is so much stuff inside you. You are a ship running overboard, and you will hardly be able to catch up with most of what's inside. Your dreams, your desires, your ideas, your thoughts, there is so much that you want to do, are capable to do, but will not be able to pull off. As long as you don't go very very deep, you won't find yourself, you won't realize. So what is it that a human being wants, because the human anatomy is the same. Now, let me clarify. If you go deeper, you will find the vast silence. You will be in that void which is beyond thoughts, judgement, good or bad, light or darkness, east or west, here there are
no thoughts or desires. It is vast, immeasurable like a vast ocean or Koopa (endless well). You don't have to go anywhere, you have no wants. In your meditation, you are just immersed here. So in full immersion, dhyata, dhyeya, and dhyana, have become one. This is that state. So this dhyana is happening. But I must tell you, that to get here, a lot of work has to be done, a lot of training and practice must be done. One has to devote hours, devote time.
When you are doing this, this must be your only priority. Life with a smart phone, alarm clock, smartwatch, is a mess today, so please stay away from such objects while meditating. If you have time on your mind, then you are already a slave, you cannot practice the exercise of freedom. Don't worry about time because initially and even till a certain level, meditation or chanting won't happen for more than 20 minutes to 2 hours. Sometimes, even 30 minutes of meditation is a long time. Sometimes, even hours will pass. But this does not happen if you have not entered the vast silence.
Shwas Kriya Sadhana will initially guide you. Then after a few weeks or months, if you are sincere, you could be on an auto-pilot mode, and you will be helped wherever and whenever help is required. Sometimes, just a mantra, the right one, can change the whole scenario. And all kinds of help are provided, such as philosophy, practice, answers to questions, as well as coming out of complications, and understanding your situation. As we approach the muhurt of Mahashivaratri having entered this extremely important phase in our life, it's high time to do an inner workout as well. Proceed further on this journey of life and experience it in its true essence.
